Christian Blake offers a huge range of taps enabling you to find the perfect look you want. Designs range from wall mounted to tall taps for worktop basins to monobloc taps for more of a simple feel. All of our products have the matching bath taps and the ranges even follow through to the shower valve so the design of your bathroom is consistent.

We do of course have an extensive range of traditional basin taps from our Imperial products with the matching bath tap which are available in chrome or antique gold to give an extra traditional feel to your bathroom.

Christian Blake primarily displays Duravit, Laufen, Roca and Imperial as our main sanitaryware companies. Within these 4 main companies the arrangement of sanitaryware can vary hugely depending on the look you wish to achieve.

Duravit, Laufen, and Roca are for those who are looking for a modern bathroom suite, if you are looking for something traditional then Imperial or Duravit’s 1930 series is definitely for you. These four companies are very high quality and this is apparent when looking at their hand made furniture and their sanitaryware. Christian Blake has had the opportunity to visit Duravit’s head factory in Germany and having seen the care that is taken in creating every piece we have the utmost confidence in the company.

There is plenty of choice when looking through our bath ranges. Imperial do numerous stunning freestanding cast iron traditional baths, which are finished in a primer, so that they can be painted to go with any colour scheme. Duravit, Laufen and Roca have many baths in their brochures, which take a more modern look on the freestanding bath. They also have matching baths to their sanitaryware ranges.

We also have a company called Eastbrook they do a range of carronite baths, which is reinforced acrylic. We advise our customers who are looking for a shower bath, to purchase a carronite bath because shower baths involve a lot of stepping in and out, especially if it is the only bathroom in the house.

Again, like anything there is plenty of choice when it comes to choosing a shower enclosure. If the look you wish to achieve is to be completely minimal and frameless then a Majestic shower would be the ideal enclosure for you. They also have an excellent bespoke service which means the shower enclosure you have chosen can be achieved no matter how awkward a space you have to work with. All Majestic enclosure come with a 10mm thick toughened glass, and brass bodied fixings as standard, and can also come with an anti lime scale option which we do definitely recommend due to the hard water area we live in it is a must.

Another excellent range is Matki, they have everything such as beautiful walk in enclosures complete with fixed head, hand shower and valves to simpler hinged doors. Again Matki is a very high quality enclosure with 8mm toughened safety glass.

Shower fittings are generally a personal preference. The most popular set up is the fixed head and the hand shower set on a bracket together. This mixes both the practicality of being able to clean the enclosure with the luxury of having a large fixed head, which will drench you when you wash your hair.

The main companies Christian Blake deals with are Hansgrohe, Grohe, Crosswater and Hudson Reed. These companies are extremely good quality, and will last for years. We advise that quality is essential when picking shower attachments and heads as the water is constantly flowing through, otherwise they simply will not last. This is reason in using the companies we do for this.
